What we refer to as a bonus or promotion may include free spins, any type of bonus, or any amount added directly to your player account when a deposit is made.

1. How cash and bonus balances work
1.1 When a deposit is made, the deposit amount is placed into a "cash balance" and the amount of the associated bonus is placed into a "bonus balance".
1.2 The cash balance amount may at any time be subject to a withdrawal request according to the general withdrawal conditions (see 4. Withdrawals in the General Terms and Conditions of Use).
1.3 When a player has an active bonus, the cash balance will be used first, followed by the bonus balance.
1.4 Bonuses and associated winnings become withdrawable once the bonus wagering requirements are met. Progress toward the bonus wagering requirements is visible in the "Balances" tab of your cashier.
2. Bonus wagering requirements
2.1 By default, the wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the promotional offer.
2.2 Only wagers placed from the bonus balance count toward the wagering requirements of that bonus.
2.3 When the player fully meets the bonus wagering requirements, the bonus balance is automatically transferred to the cash balance.
2.4 If the player makes a withdrawal request before meeting the wagering requirements, the active bonus and any pending free spins will be automatically cancelled.
2.5 Each game has a different contribution level to the wagering requirements. Slot games contribute 100%, video poker games 20%, table games and live games contribute 5%. Other games do not contribute to the wagering requirements.
2.6 The maximum period to satisfy the wagering requirements for bonuses is 30 days. After this period, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
2.7 When a wager uses both cash balance and bonus balance, this is referred to as a "mixed wager". In this case, all winnings are credited to the bonus balance.
2.8 The maximum allowed wager when using a bonus is 10 INR per game round. If the player places a wager higher than this amount, the bonus and the winnings will be voided.
3. Free spins
3.1 Winnings obtained from free spins are credited directly to the cash balance without wagering requirements.
3.2 The withdrawal limit on winnings generated from free spins is 300 INR.
3.3 Free spins are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.
3.4 Deposits related to free spins can only be withdrawn provided they have been wagered at least 1 time on slot games.
3.5 Any withdrawal request cancels any free spins present on the account that have not been activated by the player at the time of such withdrawal.
4. Jackpots
4.1 All jackpot amounts displayed on the site are for information purposes only. The amount of each jackpot is shown in the game window provided for this purpose once the game has started.
4.2 When a jackpot is won, it is immediately reset on the site’s server. This happens in real time; however, it is possible that the display may only be updated after a short delay. Regardless of the jackpot amount displayed in the game, the jackpot amount on the server at the moment of the win is the reward that will be paid.
4.3 Any progressive jackpot payment greater than or equal to 50,000 INR may require an additional 14 days of processing.
5. General rules for bonuses
5.1 By participating in promotions and/or accepting to receive the bonus(es) offered by 11ic Casino, the player declares to automatically accept the terms and conditions related to the offer or bonus as well as the general terms and conditions of promotions/bonuses which are listed on this page.
5.2 A player may receive a maximum of one (1) bonus per promotional offer unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of one of our promotions.
5.3 Bonuses and promotional offers are not cumulative (unless otherwise stated) and can only be granted once per person, per household, per residential address or per IP address..
5.4 Unless otherwise stated, the minimum deposit required to qualify for a bonus is 10 INR.
5.5 If a player is eligible to receive a bonus, the time limit to claim it is 24 hours. This period is 30 days for the welcome bonus only.
5.6 In the case of free bonuses obtained outside of any promotion, the maximum withdrawable amount is 20 times the bonus amount.
5.7 The maximum withdrawal amount following receipt of a no-deposit sign-up bonus is limited to 100 INR
5.8 We reserve the right to cancel any bonus as well as the winnings related to it in the event of fraud or if the player has placed bets with almost zero risk solely for the purpose of meeting the wagering requirements of the bonus.
5.9 Any winnings related to an illegitimate bonus may be subject to cancellation of the bonus or the winnings related thereto.
5.10 Any game manipulation such as the use of the Martingale system, the Paroli Betting System or Bonus Hunt (non-exhaustive list) is not permitted and may result in the cancellation of related winnings.
5.11 These practices may also lead to suspension of the account and/or any promotional offer for the player.
5.12 Players also have the right to choose not to receive bonuses. In this case, they must contact customer support before placing any bet and/or starting to play, in order to remove the current bonus and to disable the receipt and display of any future bonus.
5.13 Players from the following countries are not eligible for our promotions: Finland, Sweden, Norway, South America and Central America (non-exhaustive list).

5.17 In the event of abuse, we reserve the right to cancel, suspend or block any player account, as well as to cancel/revoke any ongoing gaming activity and refund the initial deposit.
